Tour Overview

Discover a side of Bangkok you never imagined — a peaceful escape from the city's traffic, where narrow streets and lush backyards lead the way. Get ready for an unforgettable biking adventure!

After a quick bike fitting and briefing, we begin our journey from our lounge on Rama III Road. Don't worry — we'll only be on the main road for a few minutes before hopping on a ferry to cross the majestic Chao Phraya River. As you wait on the riverbank, you'll be amazed by the sweeping curves of the towering Bhumibol Bridges I & II, rising approximately 40 meters above.

Explore the Green Lung of Bangkok

On the other side of the river, we enter Bang Krachao, famously known as “The Green Lung of Bangkok.” This hidden gem is one of the city's largest and greenest areas, covering approximately 16 km².

Here, we cycle along elevated pathways shaded by coconut palms and banana trees. Keep an eye out for familiar tropical plants — you may be surprised by how large they grow in this lush environment!

Wat Bang Krasop

Our first stop is Wat Bang Krasop, a local Buddhist temple with more than 700 years of history. Be mindful of the low doorways, a charming reminder of the temple's historic architecture.

If the timing is right, we may also visit the elementary school next door and have an opportunity to greet the local children.

Discover Muay Thai

Next, we venture deeper into the greenery and arrive at a local Muay Thai boxing gym. Here, you'll learn about Thailand's national sport and its cultural significance.

If there's a boxing enthusiast in the group, they may even have the opportunity to try a short lesson with the local master.

Local Market & Sri Nakhon Khuean Khan Park

As we continue our ride, we'll pass through a lively local market, subject to opening hours, before stopping at the beautiful Sri Nakhon Khuean Khan Park.

Here, we'll take a well-deserved break and enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings before continuing our journey.

Authentic Thai Lunch

No adventure is complete without delicious food! We'll stop at a local restaurant where you can enjoy an authentic Thai meal.

Choose between Pad Thai or Khao Pad (fried noodles or fried rice), with a choice of shrimp, crab, pork, chicken, or a vegetarian option. Simply let our guide know your preference.

Return to Bangkok

After our meal, it's time to cycle back to the ferry and cross the Chao Phraya River, returning to the vibrant energy of Bangkok.

This experience isn't just for cycling enthusiasts. The pace is relaxed, with plenty of stops for photographs, sightseeing, refreshments, and discovering local life along the way.

Suitable for both young and old, Explore Bangkok's Hidden Green Paradise on Two Wheels promises a memorable cycling experience and reveals a peaceful hidden oasis in the heart of the city.
