Meet your guide at the hotel lobby in the morning or afternoon and transfer to an authentic Muay Thai training school for a professional lesson.

Known as Thailand’s national sport and traditional martial art, Muay Thai developed from ancient forms of close combat and is often referred to as the “Art of Eight Limbs” because it uses punches, kicks, elbows, and knees.

Training Session

Begin with a warm-up before learning the fundamentals of Muay Thai under the guidance of an experienced trainer. The session introduces basic techniques, movement, striking combinations, and proper form.

After an energetic training experience, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
