PROGRAM: Daily Laos Tour and Short Excurstion
ITA-01: LIVING LAND FARM EXPERIENCE
This morning we drive to Ban Phong Varn about 5kms outside Luang Prabang on the road to the Khang Xi waterfall, among lush rice fields and overlooked by wooded hills and mountains to join in a Living Rice Farm where they grow organic vegetables, salads, herbs and rice and supply leading restaurants and hotels in Luang Prabang. Coming here you will be shown how rice is grown on the farm, experience the life of a farmer and try your hand at some of the activities. Or just view it all from the comfort of our traditional Lao rice house balcony, which is surrounded by rice terraces and our organic vegetable farm. All the family can join in and there are great photo ( Note: Bring raincoat or umbrella if it’s rainy season is from May to mid October ) and End of Services
ITA-02: RICE CULTTIVATION AND KUANGSI WATERFALL
Your guide will pick you up from your hotel at 8am in a air-conditioned vehicle to transfer you to the Living Land Farm, a community enterprise located just outside Luang Prabang. This farm provides you with educational programs and professional organic farming right next to the rice fields and villages. You will join and experience the 14 steps of the rice cycle on the Living Land community farm and understand what it takes to cultivate, harvest and prepare rice before it’s ready to eat, and then you will get to enjoy a special rice snack. In addition, you will have chance to learn about other kinds of traditional handicraft, such as bamboo weaving, tool and trap making , After you will embark on a boat on a scenic ride along the Mekong River. During the cruise, admire various natural landscapes, as well as intriguing glimpses of daily life for Lao locals living along the banks of the Mekong. You will be taken to the beautiful Kuang Si Waterfall to relax and have lunch from a local vendor. After lunch you will have time to rest and enjoy swimming, photo opportunities and explore the surrounding jungle.
On the way back, you will pay a visit to a small Hmong culture museum before being taken to your hotel and End of our services.
ITA-03: LUANG PRABANG WALKING TOUR
Meet your guide at 8.30 am at the hotel lobby. On your own two feet, meander the quiet backstreets of Luang Prabang, being introduced to French colonial-era buildings of historical importance or architectural significance. Begin at the junction of the Mekong and Nam Khan Rivers, at the site of one of the grandest French buildings still standing. Learn about the original purpose of this edifice, and its significance to Luang Prabang trade. From here, stroll to a collection of other well-preserved French buildings, always in the company of your informative guide. See the French school, the house of the headmaster, the old police station, the Former French Primary School , the house of a wealthy Chinese merchant, and residences which belonged to the erstwhile royal family. Your guide will recommend a good place for coffee; end your explorations with an informed realization that Luang Prabang should not just be famous for its gilded beautiful Buddhist temples. Feast a delicious Lunch at a small local restaurant before transfer back to your hotel and End of Services.
ITA-04: ALMS GIVING CEREMONY AND MORNING MARET
Your guide will pick you up from your hotel early morning at 5:30 am in a air-conditioned vehicle to transfer you to the Experience a profound Buddhist tradition by joining the morning almsgiving in Luang Prabang, offing food to a procession of monks. You’ll rise early for the walk downtown with a local guide for the ceremony, fill the monks’ alms bowls with sticky rice and food for the day, then receive a Buddhist blessing in return, or simply enjoy the chance to observe. This 1.5-hour almsgiving experience in Luang Prabang includes pickup and drop-off at your hotel, and the chance to visit a bustling early morning market and End of Services .
ITA-05: PAKOU CAVES AND KUANGSI WATERFALL
Depart your hotel at 8:30am for the short transfer to the boat jetty. Over the following two hours, enjoy a leisurely boat journey along the Mekong to the mysterious ‘Cave of 1,000 Buddhas’ at Pak Ou. Along the way, soak up the Mekong riverside scenery: villages, local fisherman, and mountains carpeted with thick green forest. At the caves, in a tradition that has lasted for centuries, local people add annually to a repository of Buddha statues near the base of the small cave. On the way back to Luang Prabang, visit a riverside village and sample the local rice wine (Lao-Lao). After gliding back into town, break for lunch at local restaurant . In the afternoon, depart by private vehicle for Kuang Si waterfalls (40 minutes), the most beautiful and famous falls in Laos. Swim in the turquoise waters, or simply explore the beautiful surrounds. On the return to Luang Prabang, visit a nearby sanctuary which cares for and rehabilitates bears rescued from animal traders, or from deforested habitat. Return to Luang Prabang, stopping as you like for photos of countryside and villages. Your tour ends with hotel drop-off, mid to late afternoon and End of Services
ITA-06: LUANG PRABANG CITY TOUR
Meet your guide at your hotel in the morning , and begin your private full day city tour of Luang Prabang. Hop in car transfer and enjoy the ride to visit the Wat Xieng Thong. Located at the northern tip of the peninsula, it’s one of the most popular of the 30-plus Buddhist temples in the UNESCO World Heritage-listed town. Learn about the importance of this Lao monastery and the significance of its traditional design. Explore the temple grounds, including shrines, pavilions and gardens as long as you’d like. From here, meander along small side streets, back alleys and through more temples to soak up Luang Prabang’s hidden charms.
Continue to the National Museum. Follow the marble steps inside the former Royal Palace, built in 1904, and admire its blend of traditional Lao and French beaux-arts architecture. Visit the throne room, royal family residence, and other galleries that exhibit musical instruments and Buddha statuaries.Following lunch is served at local restaurant before continue to visit the Arts and Ethnology Centre to learn about Laos’ many ethnic cultures , we also visit the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrine of Wat Aham before we head out of town to see the weaving villages of Ban Xiengkhong and Ban Xienglek. We then return to the city for a visit to Wat Mai. We then climb up to the top of Mount Phousi for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as a panoramic view of the city at sunset and the Mekong River. The tour ends after a visit to the famous Night Market, where you can find a lovely selection of handmade textiles made by local and hilltribe people surrounding Luang Prabang. Note: the Royal Palace Museum is closed on Thursday. End of Services
ITA-07: DINE AND CRUISE ON MEKONG RIVER
Our guide will pick up you at the hotel before 17h00 the boat starts cruise upstream to the Mekong River for you to enjoying the sunset cruise then dinner will be served while enjoying the beautiful Lao Traditional Dance Show . the boat will slowly downstream back to Luang Prabang where the boat parks , porting Luang Prabang at 8pm and you will be picked up by our staff to get back to your hotel and end of services.
ITA-08: DAY HIKE TO KUANGSI WATERFALLS
Pick up from your hotel at 8:30, you will be transfered to Ban Nong Heo, we will have some time to discover the charming Khmu village, with its traditional houses, its water buffalo and free-range ducks walking around, and even the farmers and master blacksmiths dealing with their daily tasks. Then, we will have the chance to join in an easy hike in the countryside, pass over hills, and through forests and plantations, with nice viewpoints to stop at along the way. After a 2-hour walk in the beautiful natural environment, we will arrive at Ban Thapene, a village which sits at the foot of the stunning Kuang Si Waterfalls. Enjoy lunch at the nearby private waterfall Carpe Diem Restaurant. We will spend time to explore the stunning Kuang Si Waterfall. Embark on The View Zipline, weaving through the treetops and admiring the breathtaking Kuang Si waterfalls. After your adventure, unwind and relax with a breathtaking view at the View café. On the way back, we will visit the village of the Hmong people. Return to your hotel at around 5 pm. End of Services
ITA-09: ARTISAN LUE VILLAGE EXPERIENCE
Day 01 : Luang Prabang - Ban Tai Lue Handicraft Center ( L/D )
Pick up from your hotel and transfer to the BanLue Handicrafts Learning Centre & Home Stay is located in the idyllic countryside surrounded by mountains in Ban Nayang Nau village, just 120 km from Luang Prabang , upon arrival at Ban Lue Handicraft Workshop and you will be met by your host, Mr Somdeth Introduces you to Ban Leu, the Tai Lue village, and the program then lunch. Afternoon you will have fun in Natural Dyes workshop and learn about the cotton process and make your own natural dye then dye threads and scarf . early evening village walk followed by dinner and overnight accommodation in traditional Tai Lue House .
Day 02 : Ban Tai Lue Handicraft Center - Luang Prabang ( B/L )
In the morning have a local food Breakfast and there are two Optional Workshops for you to choose ( Option A – Cotton Weaving Class ) learing how cotton is spun and then woven. ( Option B – Bamboo Weaving Class ) Learning traditional weaving technique and make a small basket . In the afternoon after learing , have a local food lunch and return to Luang Prabang by car then transfer you to your hotel for check- in and end of our services .
ITA-10: POTTERY VILLAGE EXPERIENCE
Morning Activity : 08.30 -13.00

8:30am Pick up and transfer to the local boat pier for embarking a local boat cruise down on the Mekong River to Ban Chan Village ( Pottery Village ) and meet Pottery House Lao Food staff .
9:00am -10:30 am Tour village pottery center and our village while learning about traditional Lao life.
10:30am -11:40am Private demonstration of Lao pottery techniques by local families followed by a hands-on opportunity for each guest. Kids have an opportunity to paint pre-made pots!
11:45am Enjoy an authentic Lao meal made from local ingredients
1:00pm Return to Luang Prabang and end of our services .
Note : If any client prefer to take their pot home ,it will take weeks to burn as a traditional style , they can take a small souvenir from our Pottery House Lao Food instead.
ITA-11: VIENTIANE CITY TOUR
Pick up at your hotel around 9.00am . Your half day city tour covers the major temples of Vientiane including the oldest, Wat Sisaket, a temple of thousands of miniature Buddha statues, and the former royal temple of Wat Prakeo, which previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Image. You also visit Lao national icon, That Luang Stupa, and we stop to take some pictures of the imposing Patuxay Monument, which is Vientiane’s own Arc de Triumph.
ITA-2: KNIFE MAKING WITH A MASTER BLACKSMITH
Pick up at the hotel at 8:30 am in a air-conditioned vehicle to transfer you to Ban Hat Hien , is the handicraft blacksmith village and meet with a master blacksmith .Work as an apprentice to a master blacksmith on this 4-hour activity and learn to create a unique knife for yourself. Start off with a pickup at your hotel before the ride to the blacksmith’s workshop. On arrival you’ll be shown the tools . you will be working with and taught basic safety practices . Feel like a true blacksmith making weapons for kings of times past. In this instance, however, you will be making a special blade for yourself. You have several options for your blade: a machete, sickle, hoe, or knife – or you can upgrade to a knife with a deer horn hilt. This hands-on class is the perfect way to learn a new skill while also creating a memorable souvenir and this tour will be finished at 1:30 -2:00pm after transfer back to your hotel .
ITA-13: LOCAL HOME COOKING CLASS
Morning class: 9.00 -12.00
Evening class: 16.00 -18.30
You will transfer with local guide and vehicle to Phosy market to meet a cooker from the local family and then you will enjoy the market tour and buying all the ingredients after that continue transfer to the family, on your at the family and a mother of the hosting will standing there to welcome you again. Starting of your great time cooking experience the way of life, the family culture and tradition with this lovely family.
The first way of cooking will be make the fire to cook the Sticky Rice & Cooking Bamboo Shoot Soup ,Steam fish in the banana leaf (Mok Pa), Ork Lam pork or chicken and Eggplant souse with green chili (spicy). After the cooked you will enjoy your lunch with your cooked food included family members, enjoy your drinking fresh Lao Lao whisky as it made from sticky rice (organic Lao Lao). During your lunch or dinner you will share the conversation with the family member for exchange the culture and local family life. Return back to your hotel . End of Services
ITA-14: BACI CEREMONY AT LOCAL HOUSE
Baci (also spelt basi) is a special and unique ceremony in Laos which has been practiced for hundreds of years. The term commonly used is “soukhuan” which means “spirit enhancing or spirit calling”. The ceremony involves the tying of white cotton strings around the guest's wrists and prayers for the well-wishing of the guest. You will transfer by car with local guide to the local house owner will welcome guests on arrival. She will give guests a cool and fragrant refresher towel and a scarf to wear for the Baci ceremony. Local elders will also greet guests and participate in the ceremony. Guests local guide will provide explanation about this most beautiful traditional house in Luang Prabang. At the end of the Baci guests will be offered locally produced, high-grade Lao Lao whiskey, made from sticky rice, and have an opportunity to speak with village elders before having dinner served to the guests, after dinner and transfer back to your hotel and end of our services .
ITA-15: LUANG PRABANG CYCLING TOUR
Depart your hotel at 8:30am for the ‘morning market’ to learn about the fascinating range of exotic foods and tropical fruits which make up the delicious local diet. Then explore the National Museum, full of fine examples of Lao art and furniture and the former residence of the now deposed royal family. Then cycle the north western of Luang Prabang to the riverside textile weaving and mulberry saa paper making village Ban Xangkhong. At this tranquil village, explore an environment devoted to the preservation of traditional Lao weaving practices. Learn about the importance of textiles and mulberry paper to Lao culture, browse in the boutique or simply visit the local Artisans working on their loop. Finish your morning with a stop at the serene Wat Xieng Thong, famous for its Tree of Life mosaic. Return back to your hotel, with a richer understanding of some of the key sites and architecture in the beguiling former royal capital. Feast Lunch at noodle shop “Kao Piak” it is a great way to explore the taste of local. End of Services .
ITA-16: LUANG PRABANG AND PAKOU CAVES TOUR
Morning pick up at your hotel in Luang Prabang, you first visit Royal Palace Museum, which was built in 1904 during the French colonial era for King Sisavang Vong and his family. We then embark on a leisure cruise upstream on the Mekong River, offering a breathtaking view of the tranquil countryside, before reaching the mysterious Pak Ou Caves, two linked caves crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes left by pilgrims. Along the way back, stop at the village of Ban Xanghai, see local people make Lao-Lao rice whiskey, try a swig of this potent drink if you dare!
Back in the city, you will visit the magnificent Wat Xiengthong a superb piece of Lao temple architecture, which presents a sweeping two-tiered roof and ornate mosaics including a beautiful ‘tree of life’ glass montage on the rear temple wall. Then continue to visit Wat Prabath to admire the sunset; this is the really peaceful place to catch the last beauty of the day. The tour ends after a visit to the famous Night Market, where you can find a lovely collection of handmade textiles made by local and hill-tribe people surrounding Luang Prabang. End of Services
ITA-17: BUDDHA PARK AND LAO TEXTILE
Your guide greets you at your hotel in Vientiane at 8:30 am, followed by an hour-long visit to Xieng Khuan Buddha Park, located just 15 miles (25 km) from the city. Also known as Spirit City, the park was created in the 1950s by Luang Pu Bunleua Sulilat, a shaman and priest. Today, the fanciful sculpture garden is a testament to his vision of a religion-themed park with more than 200 Hindu and Buddhist statues. Explore the park with your knowledgeable guide who will point out its top attractions, such as the 390-foot (119-meter) reclining Buddha. Whether they’re reposing or saving maidens in distress, the other statues of humans, gods and animals are just as captivating. One is even interactive: You can walk into a demon’s mouth and climb your way from hell to heaven! If you work up an appetite on the transcendent journey. Drive back to Vientiane. En route, stop at Mai Savanh to explore the traditional textiles of the Lao people. This shop specializes in high quality silk products and involves several families in their process, from the northern province of Luang Nam Tha Province and the southern provinces of Attapeu and Sekong. (Mai Savanh is closed on Saturday & Sunday) . End the tour at your hotel.

Day 01 : Luang Prabang - Pakou Caves - Pakbeng (L/D)
We are ready to welcome you on board and your boarding time at 07:30am, we expect your arrival earlier by 07:15 at the Luang Prabang boat pier .Today, the Mekong boat Cruiser will take you upstream the Mekong to Pakbeng, we estimate your journey by 8-9hrs.Your continental breakfast is served while the boat is cruising to Pak Ou Village, at the mouth of the Nam Ou River, where you will visitTam Thing Cavesof a Thousand Buddha. Enjoy your lunch on board. Arrive at Pakbeng around sunset and check-in at Pakbeng Lodge . Dinner is served on the terrace overlooking the Mekong and Overnight in Pakbeng .
Day 02 : Pakbeng - Houy Xay (B/L)
After breakfast, you will be transferred you to Pakbeng Pier. Your boarding time at 06:30am. You will board the second leg of the cruise upstream the Mighty Mekong River. Enroute one stop is made to observe rural life along the Mekong and minorities suchasKhmu ethnic minority village.Lunch will be served on board and then continue to Houeixay where you will arrive around 05:00-05:30pm. After disembarking the cruise in Huay Xai, our staff will guide you to the border check point and exit to Thailand. Goodbye Laos. End of our Services
ITA-19: DOWNSTREAM CRUISES - 02DAYS OF BOAT SERVICES (JOIN-IN)

Day 01 : Chiang Khong - Houay Xay - Pakbeng (L/D)
After crossing the land border to Laos side from Chiang Khong At 08:00am, the guests will meet our English-Speaking guide with a welcome sign at Houay Xay immigration office (Lao border). Our guide will assist customers to apply for the visa. After getting the Visa, guests will take a sharing transfer by Tuk Tuk or Mini van to the slow boat pier to embark on the boat. During the cruise, the boat will take its first stop in Pak Tha, to get signed the boat documents. Lunch is served on board. We stop then a second time at a Kamu village. The boat will arrive at Pakbeng before the night and check-in at Pakbeng Lodge . Dinner is served on the terrace overlooking the Mekong and Overnight in Pakbeng .
Day 02 : Pakbeng - Pakou Caves - Luang Prabang (B/L)
At 8:00am, the boat leaves Pakbeng. On the way, one lunch served on board and 2 stops: visit first Pak Ou Caves (Tham Ting), go then to Ban Xang Hai, a lao lao whisky village. Arrival in Luang Prabang ( T56 Boat pier or Similar) around 4:00pm. when you disembark and walk up the stairs please look for a tour guide displaying a welcome signboard with your name and a private transfer to your hotel for check – in and Evening is at leisure , You may opt to visit the daily Night Market closes to the hotel , where you can find a lovely selection of handmade textiles made by the local and hill tribe people surrounding Luang Prabang .
