Day 1: Bangkok Arrival
Your journey begins with your arrival in Thailand’s vibrant capital, Bangkok. Meet your private driver at the airport, who will escort you to your hotel via private transport. Check in, unwind, and recover from your travels. Spend the remainder of the day exploring Bangkok’s dynamic streets, steeped in historic charm, architectural marvels, and colorful markets. After an exciting start, return to your hotel for a restful night.

Day 2: Bangkok - half day Grand Palace and Emerald Buddha Temple (B)
Start your day with a visit to Bangkok’s most iconic landmark: the Grand Palace, an architectural masterpiece and the former royal residence. Explore its impressive structures, including the Funeral Palace, Reception Palace, and the revered Emerald Buddha Temple, home to Thailand’s most sacred Buddha image.
Note: Appropriate dress is required for temple visits; attire can be purchased on-site if needed.

Day 3: Bangkok – Chiang Rai (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy some leisure time before transferring to the airport for your flight to Chiang Rai. Upon arrival, a private transfer will take you to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is yours to explore this charming northern city at your own pace.

Day 4: Chiang Mai - Long-Neck Hill Tribe & Golden Triangle (B/L)
Start the day with visits to simple Akha and Yao hill tribe villages. The Akha originated in Tibet and are among the poorest of Thailand’s ethnic minorities. The Yao originated in China and are heavily influenced by Chinese traditions, still using Chinese characters in the writing of their language. Proceed to visit Long Neck Karen hill tribe village. The women wear numerous brass coils round their necks and legs, a coil is added to little girls necks, arms and legs every few years after they are four years old. It was interesting to see their culture and get a chance to see this tribe who has come from Burma. Proceed to visit the Golden Triangle area, visiting Sop Ruak, where the river Ruak joins the mighty Mekong and where converge the borders of Myanmar, Thailand and Laos. Enjoy Maekhong boat ride around golden triangle. Visit Black house (Baan Dum): The House of National Artist – Dr. Thawan Duchanee This is the residence of Dr. Thawan Duchanee who is a renowned Thai National Artist. It is also a museum. Then return to hotel.

Day 5: Half-Day Chiang Rai City Tour – Transfer to Chiang Mai (B)
Begin the day with a visit to the local market to discover Chiang Rai’s unique products. Continue to visit Wat Phra Kaew, the original home of the Emerald Buddha. Wat Phra Singh, known for its exquisite Lanna-style Buddha image. The stunning White Temple (Wat Rong Khun), a modern masterpiece blending traditional Buddhist architecture with contemporary artistic elements.
After the tour, take a scenic 3.5-hour drive to Chiang Mai, where you’ll check in to your hotel.

Day 6: Chiang Mai - Cooking Class & Doi Suthep Temple (B/L)
Escape the city and head to a local village for a hands-on cooking class with a local family. Walk through the herb garden, learn about Thai ingredients, and prepare a delicious lunch of traditional dishes. In the afternoon, visit the sacred Doi Suthep Temple, perched atop a hill. Climb the 306-step staircase flanked by mythological Nagas to admire the golden chedi and panoramic views of Chiang Mai. Participate in a blessing ceremony led by monks for a memorable cultural experience.

Day 7: Chiang Mai – Leisure Day (B)
Spend the day at your own pace, exploring Chiang Mai’s laid-back charm, lively markets, and ancient temples.

Day 8: Chiang Mai – Phuket (B)
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Phuket. Upon arrival, a private driver will escort you to your hotel. Check in and enjoy the rest of the day relaxing on this tropical island.

Day 9: Phuket - Phang Nga Bay Day Trip (Join Big Boat) (B/L)
Embark on a scenic cruise through Phang Nga Bay, known for its limestone karsts and emerald waters. Highlights include, a canoe trip through Panak Island’s sea caves and mangroves. Exploring Hong Island’s hidden lagoons with a local guide. Visiting Khao Phing Kan and the iconic James Bond Island, a filming location for The Man with the Golden Gun. Relaxing on a secluded beach and enjoying a buffet lunch aboard the boat. Return to Phuket in the late afternoon.
