Tour Overview

Half Day Grand Palace Tour

After pick-up from your hotel, begin your journey with a visit to Wat Phra Kaew, also known as the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. Located within the grounds of the Grand Palace, it is regarded as one of the most sacred and important Buddhist temples in Thailand.

Wat Phra Kaew – Temple of the Emerald Buddha

The temple is home to the highly revered Emerald Buddha, a small but sacred Buddha image carved from green stone and enshrined high upon an elaborate golden pedestal. The image holds immense religious and cultural significance for the Thai people.

The Grand Palace

Continue your visit to the magnificent Grand Palace, or Phra Borom Maha Ratchawang. Established in 1782, the palace served as the official residence of the Kings of Siam and the center of royal administration for generations.

Although the Grand Palace is no longer the primary royal residence, parts of the complex continue to be used for important royal ceremonies and state occasions. Today, it remains one of Bangkok’s most significant cultural landmarks, renowned for its spectacular architecture, intricate details, and rich royal heritage.
