Half Day Afternoon Ancient City by BTS

Discover Thailand’s rich cultural and architectural heritage at The Ancient City, also known as Muang Boran, an expansive open-air museum in Samut Prakan Province.

The park features more than 100 reconstructed and replicated monuments inspired by important temples, palaces, traditional buildings, and historic landmarks from across Thailand, all arranged within grounds shaped to resemble the map of the country.

Itinerary

• 13:00: Travel from Siam BTS Station to Kheha BTS Station, taking approximately 50 minutes.
• From Kheha BTS Station, continue by taxi to the Ancient City.
• Explore the museum using either an electric bicycle or shuttle tram.
• Discover impressive full-size and miniature replicas of Thailand’s most significant cultural landmarks and historic architecture.
• Traditional Thai costumes may be available to rent for an additional fee.
• 18:30: Depart the Ancient City and return to Kheha BTS Station by taxi or museum shuttle.
• Continue by BTS back to Siam Station.
