I am a travel and hospitality professional with more than 20 years of experience in luxury travel, CRUISE, MICE, and destination management throughout Thailand and Southeast Asia. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with leading international travel companies and managing a wide range of high-profile corporate events, incentive groups, luxury FIT programs, and cruise operations for clients from Europe, the Americas, and Southeast Asia. During my early professional career, I worked with the International Aviation College as a General Manager in the Government where I was involved in supporting the development and promotion of aviation education programs. My responsibilities included marketing and promoting aviation courses, coordinating with the Office of the Higher Education Commission, assisting with course syllabus preparation, and organising pilot academic prior to this, I oversee cruise at Abercrombie & Kent Thailand, managing supplier contracting, budgeting, product development, and operational coordination to ensure seamless guest experiences and exceptional service standards. I worked with Trails of Indochina Thailand as a MICE Executive, successfully handling international conferences, incentive groups, executive meetings, inspection trips, and tailor-made programs across destinations throughout Thailand. I also gained valuable experience with Buffalo Tours Thailand, specialising in the French and Spanish markets for group travel, incentive travel, and FIT operations. I am passionate about creating memorable travel experiences, building strong international partnerships, and delivering high-quality service with attention to detail, professionalism, and authentic Thai hospitality.
